List Networks
List one row per chain the API can quote, in ascending chain-id order. The row carries the chain's identity, its native currency, an explorer base URL, and an absolute mark location.
The endpoint requires the networks:read scope.
GET /networks
Response
mark is an absolute location on the environment's marks host, or null when
the row has no cleared reference or the worker carries no environment label. A
null mark is an ordinary answer: a client draws its badge without an image.
The response carries Cache-Control: public, max-age=60.
